ABOUT US
Vilfo Group is a 100% Romanian capital company headquartered in Mangalia, a renowned town on the Romanian Black Sea coast. We are leaders in the naval industry through our major shipyards, the commercial DAMEN SHIPYARD MANGALIA and the military MANGALIA SHIPYARD. Our company was founded in 2014 in the DAEWOO MANGALIA HEAVY INDUSTRIES, a subsidiary of the DSME corporation. In 2017, we expanded our business with Vard Tulcea S.A. as part of the FINCANTIERI. In 2018, with the takeover of the DAEWOO MANGALIA HEAVY INDUSTRIES by the DAMEN GROUP, Vilfo Group continues its work on the site through a collaboration contract with DAMEN SHIPYARDS MANGALIA. In 2019, we diversified our portfolio by partnering with one of the largest industrial developers TehnipFMC within the project POLYETHYLENE PE3 UNIT ISBL UNIPETROL RPA.
